Our promise to you
Under our Savings Promise, we will:
- Give you two months' notice of any reduction in interest rates. Where the notice period on your account is greater than two months', we will give you equivalent notice.
- Write to you at least once a year with details of all our variable savings accounts, including interest rates payable.
- Give you two months' or equivalent notice of any changes to the terms and conditions of your account.
- * Call our UK-based Contact Centre between 8am to 8pm business days, 8am to 4pm Saturday and 10am to 3pm Sunday. Calls are charged at your service provider’s prevailing rate and may be monitored and recorded.
