Online Maturity Process
Ready to start? Review your options on maturity by selecting 'Customer sign on' at the top right of this page. Log in, select your maturing account, then review the options available to you.

Once you’ve logged onto your account, you will see this screen confirming your account is approaching maturity. Click ‘view’.

This screen shows your projected balance on maturity, and provides an overview of your options on maturity. Click 'next' to navigate through the screens, and view the new products available to you.

You can choose to reinvest your money into one account, or split it between two. This is useful if you want to withdraw some of your money, for example your interest. By selecting a second account which allows access, and sending the required funds to that account, you can then access these funds after maturity.
The accounts on offer are divided into two sections based on the type of account e.g. ISA and Non-ISA, Fixed Rate and Variable Rate accounts. Simply tick the box for your chosen account(s), review and agree to the terms and conditions, then click 'next' to continue.
Alternatively if you wish to close your account or transfer your ISA to another provider following maturity, click 'cancel' and allow your account to mature. You can then log-in after maturity, and move your money as required.

If you've chosen to split your money between two accounts, you will be asked to enter an amount for one of them, and the remaining balance will be transferred to the other. The 'remaining balance' will include your accumulated interest. Once you complete, click ‘next’.

You will then be asked how you would like your interest to be paid, once you have chosen, click ‘next’.

This is the final step. Simply review your instructions, and once you're happy click 'submit'.

You will receive the following message to confirm this has been completed.

Your account will change from red to green to confirm your maturity instructions have been given.

If you want to review your maturity instructions at a later date, simply log-in then click 'view' on your maturing account. If you wish to change your instructions, you can do so any time before maturity by clicking 'amend'.
- * Call our UK-based Contact Centre between 8am to 8pm business days, 8am to 4pm Saturday and 10am to 3pm Sunday. Calls are charged at your service provider’s prevailing rate and may be monitored and recorded.
