Lost Accounts

Northern Rock is committed to reuniting customers with their lost or forgotten accounts. If you believe you have any Northern Rock accounts that you may have lost touch with you can contact us directly and we can check your details and reactivate any dormant accounts.

Please note that you may be asked for evidence of your identity. These measures are for security and to protect you.

Alternatively, there is a free website service, which helps you trace your lost/forgotten accounts. This has been brought together by the British Bankers Association (BBA), the Building Societies Association (BSA) and the National Savings and Investments (NS&I). To complete an electronic account tracing form or to download a dormant account tracing form please visit the website www.mylostaccount.org.uk.
