Change of Parties
If as a result of a change in personal circumstances you need to change the name of the parties (people) on your mortgage account a change of parties can be requested. You can start this process by completing an application form (88 KB) PDF and returning to us at the address provided on the form.
Your application is processed in a similar way to the new mortgage application with income verificiation and credit checks being required for all applicants. You can also see a list of the Frequently Asked Questions (39 KB) PDF.
