Checklist

It will help us assess your proposal if you supply the following information (where applicable):

  1. Summary

    Summary of loan requirements and purpose. Please state the source of any cash contribution.

  2. Application Form

    Fully completed and signed Northern Rock Loan Application Form, Direct Debit Mandate and Security Property Schedule. These forms are available from your local Regional Office.

  3. Accounts

    Three years' signed Certified/Audited Accounts and six months' Bank Statements.

  4. Borrowers

    CVs confirming qualifications and relevant experience. Net Worth Statements for each applicant.

  5. Property

    Any available property details such as selling agents particulars, previous valuation reports or an up to date tenancy schedule.
