Support for Mortgage Interest (SMI): Rate reduced in October 2010
Current recipients of the benefit SMI previously had their mortgage interest paid at a flat rate of 6.08%. From October 2010 this was reduced to 3.63%.
We appreciate this may have impacted some customers ability to pay their mortgage and we want to help. Call us now on 0845 609 9837* to discuss the options available.
