Lifetime
You can now submit applications for Northern Rock Lifetime products via Northern Rock Online.
To apply for a Lifetime product, select ‘Lifetime’ from the main menu and complete the form. Alternatively, you can pre-populate a Lifetime application from a KFI. Lifetime cases can be tracked and managed like all other cases from the case management screen.
Once created, Lifetime cases can be managed in the usual way from the case management screen.
