Our product range has been simplified to concentrate on core products and offer more attractive rates to your clients.
For full details of the changes see Mortgage Update 87.
Product changes include:
- The Flexible Fixed rate range will offer 2 & 5 Year Fixed rates, with either a £995 Product Fee or a Fee Saver Option. Fixed rates will start from 6.49%.
- The BTL range will offer 2 Year Fixed rates and Trackers for Life. Rates will start from 6.49%.
- Selected fee reductions: the remortgage additional borrowing fee will be removed, and valuation fees will be reduced.
- End dates on all applicable products will be extended to 1 July.
- We will also make some changes to our lending policy, in line with recent market activity.
