Buy to Let

To apply for your Buy to Let Decision in Principle, simply select Buy to Let from the main menu within NRO.

The Decision in Principle allows you to submit up to 10 properties on one form, receiving individual decisions and application numbers for each. You can then pre-populate the desired Decision in Principles to Full Application.

Buy to Let can be chosen per property, not per application, allowing you to select the most appropriate product for each property.
