  • Choose the extras that suit you, so you’re not under-insured when you need your cover
Personal possessions cover (Basics and Plus)
  • Provides cover for loss or damage to personal effects, valuables and money belonging to you and your family when you’re away from home, excluding theft from an unattended motor vehicle or unlocked hotel room
  • Includes items such as mobile phones, MP3 players, cameras, jewellery and clothing
  • Choose a total cover limit up to £25,000, with a single article limit of £10,000

Pedal cycle cover (Basics and Plus)
  • Provides cover for loss or damage to pedal cycles and accessories belonging to you, anywhere in Europe and up to 60 days worldwide
  • Includes theft of your bicycle, unless it is unattended and is not securely locked to a permanent structure
  • Covers up to £1,000 for each pedal cycle, to a maximum of £2,500 per claim

Additional accidental damage cover (Plus only)
  • Available as an optional extra for accidental damage caused to buildings and/or to contents in your home or when you’re moving house
  • Includes accidents like drilling through a pipe or spilling wine on the carpet but excludes damage caused by domestic pets
  • Covers you up to the insured limit

Family legal protection (Plus only)
  • Provides cover for specified costs and expenses involved in pursuing legal actions or defending yourself against prosecution
  • Includes access to a 24 / 7 legal helpline; excludes expenses incurred by legal representatives not appointed under the cover
  • Cover up to £50,000 depending on the nature of the claim

Home assistance (Plus only)
  • Covers you for emergency repairs or the loss of essential services to your home, such as gas boiler breakdown, electricity failure, leaking pipes, blocked drains or broken windows
  • Access to a 24 hour emergency helpline
  • Covers the cost of resolving an emergency incident up to £1,000; does not cover repairs for pre-existing issues

Identity theft cover (Plus only)
  • Provides you or your family with cover in the event that you become aware of identity theft
  • Includes reasonable legal costs linked to identity theft, costs for dealing with financial institutions and loss of earnings for time spent away from work to resolve the issues
  • Covers up to £50,000 for reasonable costs incurred in resolving identity theft issues, excluding identity theft connected with your business, profession or occupation
