The legal and capital restructure of the former Northern Rock business was completed in 2010, creating two separate companies - Northern Rock Asset Management plc (NRAM) and Northern Rock plc.

If you took out your mortgage before 1 January 2010, it is likely that your account is now held with NRAM.

Please note, if you do not call the company who holds your mortgage account, they will not be able to help with your enquiry.

Mortgages intermediaries

The information available to our Intermediary support colleagues will be the same information available to you via case tracking on NRO and we'll continue to send updates on your cases via email up to 3 times a day, so you'll always be up to date.

To ensure that you receive email case updates login to NRO and select 'Actions' and 'Change Details'. You can also set up an Administrator with access to your emails or even to progress cases on your behalf via 'Actions' and 'Register'.
