Looking to move with your mortgage?
It's really easy to take your mortgage with you when you move home - this is generally referred to as 'porting'. Depending on the type of mortgage you have, you might also be able to apply for additional borrowing at the same time.
Alternatively you may be able to apply for a new mortgage deal when you move, and providing you complete within three months, we'll refund 50% of any early repayment charge.

When porting your existing mortgage, cashback will not be available either on your existing product, or any new borrowing, if it is available.
