Coming to the end of your mortgage deal?
If you’re coming to the end of your existing mortgage deal, or your previous deal has already ended, then transferring to a new deal with us is easy.
With no application, valuation or legal fees, the process is simple, straightforward and could save you money. Give us a call on 0845 600 6622* and we’d be happy to talk through the options with you.
Please note that if you apply for a new deal whilst you are still within a special rate period you may have to pay an early repayment charge. This will be outlined in your original Offer of Loan.
*Lines are open 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm Saturday and 10:00am to 3:00pm Sundays, excluding Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at your service provider’s prevailing rate and may be monitored and recorded.
