It's really easy to take your mortgage with you when you move home. Depending on the type of mortgage you have, you might also be able to apply for additional borrowing at the same time.
Everyday mortgages
With our Everyday mortgages, you can make overpayments of up to 10% of your outstanding balance each year without having to pay an early repayment charge. You will also have the option to apply for a payment holiday, subject to terms and conditions.
